About Linn Valley
A small lakeside community in the rolling hills of eastern Kansas — built around the water, and around neighbors who look out for one another.
The City of Linn Valley grew up around the Linn Valley Lakes, which began as a recreational lake development and remain the heart of life here. Over the years the community incorporated as a city and took on services of its own.
Today the City provides its own police, fire, and municipal court, along with building & codes, planning & zoning, and public works. The Linn Valley Lakes Property Owners Association (POA) manages the lakes and much of the community's recreation alongside the City.
