Fireworks
When fireworks may be discharged in the City of Linn Valley, and what's prohibited — set by Ordinance 142.
Permitted hours
Fireworks may not be discharged between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., except during these holiday periods:
- June 27 – July 6: prohibited only between midnight and 9:00 a.m.
- December 31 – January 1: prohibited only between 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Bottle rockets are not allowed in the City at any time.
Please be considerate of neighbors, pets, and dry conditions, and follow any burn bans issued by Linn County.
