The City's Codes Enforcement Officer enforces municipal ordinances addressing property maintenance and public nuisances, under the 2006 International Property Maintenance Code adopted by the City.

What’s regulated
Enforcement addresses health and safety concerns, including:
- Tall grass and weeds
- Accumulation of garbage
- Junk and rubbish
- Unlicensed motor vehicles
Report a violation
To report a possible violation, contact City Hall or email the Codes Clerk. Please include your name, your email, the type of concern (nuisance, no permit, or codes violation), and a description of the issue and its location.
