Cleanup & restoration
The contractor has committed to completing cleanup and restoration within 60 days after a line goes live — installed, metered, tested, and carrying city water.

From the September 28 progress meeting
- The project is about 65% complete overall (as of August 31) and is tracking slightly behind schedule. The project team is reviewing the timeline.
- Phase 1 — the transmission main, booster station, and fill station — is about 99% complete and in its final punch-list and walkthrough.
- Phase 2 — distribution lines and meters — is about 60% complete. Crews are installing new lines in the northeast (N Linn Valley Dr and Hardwood Ln) and the southwest (S Linn Valley Dr and Applewood Ln), with meters going in around Ravens Roost and Falcons Roost.
- The contractor has committed to completing cleanup and restoration within 60 days after a line goes live — installed, metered, tested, and carrying city water.
- The next progress meeting is Monday, October 26, 2026.
